Muriithi Wanjau, or Pastor M, as he is popularly known, is the Senior Pastor of Mavuno Church, a movement of churches based in Nairobi, Kenya with a presence in 10 different nations. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Nairobi before getting a Masters in Divinity from Fuller Seminary in Southern California. He is a conference speaker and is also the author of several books including ‘Mizizi: Plugging into Your God Purpose’, a discipleship manual that has been translated into at least 6 different languages and used in many churches across the world. He is also the co-writer of an online course called ‘Couples and Money. Muriithi’s many passions include leadership development, starting new churches and societal transformation. He has been married to his college sweetheart Carol for 32 years and they, with their three children, live in Nairobi, Kenya.
