Bsp. Dr. Masika the founder and director of Christian Impact Mission (CIM) is a Christian social entrepreneur, a steward who expresses his faith through service to humanity seeking to empower individuals for sustainable community transformation. He and his wife have been actively involved in stratified evangelism for the last 5 decades.

The Christian Impact Mission (CIM) is a non-governmental development agency that focusses on developing appropriate and easily adaptable tools/models for community transformation through its Mindset Change and Empowered Worldview program. Its core focus is to empower individuals, families and communities to discover and exploit God given abilities and potential, and engaging them towards realizing human dignity and improved livelihoods in communities in Kenya, Africa and beyond using the Mindset change and empowered Biblical Worldview approach.

Under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Titus Masika and using the CIM transformative model, CIM has engaged in holistic outreaches in communities mainly in Arid and Semi- Arid areas with great transformation stories, where communities that were once riddled with poverty and deficiency now boast of the availability of water and food, and have been economically empowered. The model is now being replicated in a number of counties in Kenya and beyond. His effort and contribution towards transforming Africa

has seen him the holder of awards including Honorary Ambassador Award by Gull University Kenya and global Award for the most inspiring

individuals (Tear Fund).
